Our Referrals    -    The Este Family When we decided to replace the windows in our house and do some remodeling we were very apprehensive. We had heard and read many of the horror stories home owners encounter during these projects. We obtained Mike’s name from Clark PUD. We hired him to replace all the windows in our house. We wanted a rock fireplace and chimney taken out and replaced with two new large windows. These entailed some roofing, electrical and finish work as well. Our house is concrete block so this made the job a little more difficult than a standard wood construction home. We liked Mike so well that we decided to hire him to do some of the interior remodeling work as well as the windows. We wanted a concrete wall removed between the living room and the dining room. (Again there was concrete cutting, electrical, ceiling and finish work). Two days into the project Mike’s son Kacey was seriously injured and was not going to be able to work on the project for a protracted period of time. Kacey is Mike’s right hand man and this put him, and us, in a dilemma. Fortunately Mike, because of the professional that he is, was able to call upon a contractor friend to help complete part of the project. Mike did all the windows and oversaw the rest of the job. We could not be happier with the results, with Mike, and with the other wonderful people who completed the job. We refer Mike without reservation to anyone and everyone. Recently our neighbors had him replace some of their windows and they were delighted with him and his work. Our next door neighbors are going to contact him for a bid on some upcoming projects. Mike Kroon is ethical and very conscientious about his work and his reputation. That is why so much of his business is through word of mouth. He has great pricing. There was no loud music, trash or cigarettes on the job site. We just hired Mike again to replace four doors in our house. Of course they aren’t a standard size and have to be cut to fit.
